A unique opportunity exists for those interested in buying a home in Saint Paul. Homes rehabilitated through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program are affordable and energy efficient, which translates to lower operating costs over the course of owning the home.
Buying a home is a huge responsibility, but now is a great time if you’re ready and have all the information needed to make the right decisions. Saint Paul has made purchasing a home even easier by offering fully rehabilitated homes in great neighborhoods and financial assistance options.
